Our Story
Souk Mediterranean Kitchen and Bar has been serving authentic middle eastern cuisine in the Warehouse District of Downtown Toledo since 2019. Chef and Owner, Moussa Salloukh, takes pride in using recipes passed down through the generations, ensuring that every dish features its own innovative approach to traditional methods and ingredients. The atmosphere at Souk Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar is warm, inviting, and familial. Whether you’re longing for a taste of the Mediterranean or trying it for the first time, Souk is the perfect place to experience the rich flavors and cultural heritage of this vibrant culinary tradition.
Make a Reservation
Due to health code regulations, we are unable to allow outside food to be brought into the restaurant. We have a pastry chef on staff and we offer 10 inch cakes for celebrations. At least a 72-hour notice is required. Selections include Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla with a Fruit Layer. Cakes are $75 and serve 20 to 25 guests.
